Stir one scoop BLISS Fijn Cocoa into 1 cup (8oz) of warm water, milk, or milk substitute.

Mix well until dissolved.

The cocoa powder in BLISS Fijn Cocoa is non-GMO, high-fat Dutch processed (or alkalized), with a neutralized acidity and a pH of 7. It has a rich dark hue and a smooth, rich, earthy, woodsy flavor. The lower acidity also makes for much easier digestion. Our cocoa is rich in polyphenols and powerful antioxidant flavonoids. It may help reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure, help with blood flow to the brain, improve cholesterol, and do a lot of other healthy things for you.

Collagen is one of the most abundant proteins in the human body. It’s a main component of connective tissues such as tendons, ligaments, skin, and muscles. It also provides skin with structure and strengthens bones. In Fijn Cocoa, we use type I and type III organic bovine collagen from grass-fed cattle. It is high in protein content, high in water solubility, and has a low molecular weight to promote health.
